Since Montefalco is just 7 kms away from Bevagna, you may choose to sleep at Agriturismo Tenuta Stella and enjoy a countryside experience, but with all modern comforts. Moreover it is close to other interesting places to visit in Umbria like Spoleto, Spello, Assisi and others.
Tenuta Stella is a kind of countryside tiny village, where time seems to flow slowly and silence is the main characteristic: the perfect place to relax!
The property has been recently restored, so everything is tidy and very welcoming: the rooms are spacious, clean and painted with soft colours and wood beams, like in the old country tradition. Some rooms are equipped with a kitchen for longer stays. Wi-Fi is free.
Breakfast is served in another characteristic room, tiny and gracious. It is not an international breakfast but a typical one: all the products served are home made. We mean not only cakes, but also jam, focaccia and honey. How good and tasty they are is beyond words…you should go to know! Here you can also buy some of the products they make: being a farmhouse, they directly cultivate lentil, spelt, corn and other products of the land. They also make their own olive oil, which is a guarantee of quality and taste, because it’s not industrial, but it’s a bio product, like all the rest. We personally bought spelt cakes and we have to say that the taste is uncomparable with the ones you can buy at the supermarket.
Agriturismo Tenuta Stella is a perfect place also for families with kids: the garden is very wide, the road is far away and there is a playing area for kids, who can run everywhere safely and parents can really relax.
What we really appreciated about this Farmhouse is the atmosphere: the owners managed to restore in order to give their guests all the modern comforts, but without spoiling the original feeling, that is staying in the countryside, surrounded by cultivated land, animals and peace.
